DeLong Custom Homes was incorporated in November of 1985 for the purpose of residential and light commercial construction and remodeling. Thomas G. DeLong and Diane A. DeLong are corporate president and Secretary, respectively, and form the core management of the company. Tom's background includes both upper and middle management positions in hospital administration, pharmaceutical production and manufacturing management. The last position held was as a General Manager of a faucet manufacturing facility in Chester, VA. Tom has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and has completed graduate studies in Business Management. Diane has extensive experience in office administration and marketing/sales operations. She recently left a sales position with a large retirement community to devote more time to office and marketing/sales duties at DeLong Custom Homes.
